Caprese Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 lb fresh cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¾ lb fresh mozzarella, cut or torn into bite-sized pieces
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- Two tablespoons kyoord extra virgin olive oil
- Two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- Black pepper, for seasoning
Method of Preparation:
