At rē•spin, we strive to create a community that finds their own strength, and pushes themselves to new limits, on the path toward eternal self-love. Part of that journey involves strengthening not just the body, but also the mind and soul. As we each embark on our unique pathways to actualized wellness, we wanted to be able to provide you, the rē•spin community, with a toolkit to find the balance that each of us is seeking.
We launched rē•spin your fit for those of you embarking on your own health and wellness journeys. rē•spin your fit is a signature trainer program that provides 30 engaging, virtual workouts that can be done anytime, anywhere. But part of the mission is also to engage your mindset as you explore how you can #respinyourfit. True wellness goes beyond how you choose to workout and get your sweat on, and touches on how you can nourish your minds, bodies, and souls: exploring your spirituality; giving to yourselves (and to those around you); and connecting within. This all creates the foundation for sustained evolution that comes with each person’s unique journey toward wellness.
As you continue the journey, or even start (you won’t find us judging your process!), rē•spin your fit delves into the physical aspects of strengthening your bodies using the perspectives of nine amazing trainers with their own specialties and focuses. There’s truly something for everyone — something we strive to embrace through our commitment to diversity. We are here to support each unique health journey, through and through, no matter what it looks like.
This new program aims to provide you with multiple ways to #respinyourfit, however and whenever you do it best. Whether you’re looking for high-energy, full body workouts, editorial-style routines that you can replay with no video necessary, or a revamped version of your favorite #FitnessFriday takeover (which we offer weekly), you will have the opportunity to try on several different fitness routines for size.
As you #respinyourfit, take the time to experiment and to find what suits you best. This is a learning opportunity to listen to your bodies, and to uncover the ways that exercise can shift your mindset, mood, and even your world-view. As you work out your body physically, which is a core aspect of any health journey, we also encourage you to adopt a more holistic approach that expands beyond your fitness experience.
Find the pockets in your days and weeks to have moments to connect with yourself, no distractions. Meditate, if that’s your prerogative, or sit with your thoughts while you take fifteen minutes to relax and detox from the frenetic buzz that surrounds us daily. Curate a self-care routine that nourishes your body from the inside out, whatever that means to you.
