Halle’s Vanilla Almond Butter Smoothie:
Ingredients:
- One serving of vanilla protein (20-30g)
- 1 tsp almond butter
- One tbsp psyllium husk
- A cup of unsweetened almond milk
- A handful of spinach (optional)
Method of Preparation:
- Blend and enjoy!
Bison lettuce cup tacos (30g of protein)
Ingredients:
- ½ Lb. ground bison
- One jalapeno diced
- ½ red onion diced
- One tsp chipotle chili powder
- ½ red bell pepper
- One tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- One tsp onion granules
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- A bunch of fresh cilantro chopped
- One lime
- Avocado oil in a spray
- One head of butter lettuce
- ½ avocado
- One cup of shredded cabbage
Method of Preparation:
- In a skillet, spray avocado oil and saute the veggies for 2 minutes.
- Add the meat and seasonings, breaking up the lumps with a spoon.
- Cook for about 5 min, then add the juice of 1 lime and ½ of the cilantro and keep it warm.
- Spoon the meat into lettuce cups and top with cabbage, avocado, and fresh cilantro.
