How do I cancel my Inner Circle membership?

You can cancel your subscription by signing into the customer portal or finding the ‘Manage your subscription’ link at the bottom of your receipt emails from RESPIN LLC.

Where can I find a record of my past charges with Respin?

Sign into the customer portal. Once you’re logged in, you can see previous charges under the 'Invoice History' section.

When is my next billing date?

You can find your billing information by signing into the customer portal. You will also be notified of an upcoming charge 7 days before each subscription renewal.

How can I update my payment method and billing information?

You can update your billing information by signing into the customer portal, and then using the section titled “PAYMENT METHOD”.

I changed my mind about cancelling my subscription membership and would like to reactivate my access to Inner Circle.

We’re happy to have you back! If your current cycle has not yet ended, you can still reactivate via your customer portal; if your membership access has ended, please sign up for Inner Circle again here.

Can I upgrade or downgrade from the annual or 3 month membership?

Yes! You can switch between quarterly or annual cycles by managing your subscription after signing into the customer portal. Click on the ‘update subscription’ button to switch.

Will I receive a receipt for my payment?

Yes, you should receive receipts directly from Stripe for any payments over $0. You will also be notified of upcoming charges 7 days before your subscription renews. If you aren’t receiving these emails, please contact community@re-spin.com.

If I cancel now, will I still have access to Inner Circle until the end of the billing cycle?

Yes, you will continue to have access to Inner Circle through the end of your current billing cycle even if you cancel before the cycle ends. When you cancel your membership, you will receive an email stating your last day of access to our Inner Circle community. You will also be notified of upcoming charges 7 days before your access ends.
