Meet Ridge Davis
My goal is to empower and uplift anyone with my energy after a session. Keep winning the day, and everything else will follow suit!
When did you decide that you wanted to be a PT?
I decided to become a personal trainer in 2014 while I was in graduate school training to be a professional classical flutist.
What is your training philosophy?
Train smarter, not harder. It’s key to balance the four pillars of your fitness and wellness: strength, nutrition, mobility, and mindset.
What advice would you give someone just discovering fitness?
Fitness is not a sprint or destination; it’s a lifelong gift that must be managed consistently. Enjoy the process, learn as much as possible, and never take it for granted.
What does your pre/post-workout meal consist of?
For pre-workout, I have a drink with about 250mg of caffeine. For post-workout, I’ll have a protein shake with two scoops of protein powder and 8oz of either almond or oat milk, and one pound of sweet potatoes.
First thing you do when you wake up?
I make my morning shake, consisting of almond milk, protein powder, mixed berries, spinach, and almond butter.
What are you hoping people will get out of your rē•spin workouts?
My goal is to empower and uplift anyone with my energy after a session. Keep winning the day, and everything else will follow suit!
How do you feel you’ve rē•spun your life?
By being adaptable, patient, and present.
