When did you decide that you wanted to be a PT?
Fourteen years ago in college, I decided not to play college football because of injuries. I decided I’d like to help people avoid injuries.
What did you do before you became a trainer?
During college, I also did Fitness Facility Sales and Social Media Consulting.
What are you hoping people will get out of your rē•spin workouts?
I hope that people gain motivation and positive energy after my workouts.
What does your pre/post-workout meal consist of?
High protein and healthy carbs. Usually, either protein oatmeal, shake, or eggs and sweet potatoes.
What is your training philosophy?
My training philosophy starts with the mind; if you can believe it, you can achieve it. My training is very different depending on the client's goals. But functional training, strength training, and athletic training.
First thing you do when you wake up?
Breathwork, meditation, practice gratitude and walk the dog.
How do you feel you’ve rē•spun your life?
I am constantly finding the positive in everything.
