When did you decide that you wanted to be a PT?
14 years ago in college when I decided not to play college football because of injuries. I decided I’d like to help people avoid injuries.
First thing you do when you wake up?
Breathwork, meditation, practice gratitude, and walk the dog
What did you do before you became a trainer?
- It was during college but I also did fitness facility sales and Social media consulting
If you had to pick a career outside of fitness, what would it be?
Veterinarian
Is there anything in the fitness industry you’d like to change, and why?
Everyone trying to sell "snake oil" as the "magic pill"
What’s your sweet spot for training, (ie. Strength, HITT, yoga, etc.)

Where do you draw inspiration for your workouts?
From all different areas. Certifications I have, online, sport training, bodybuilding, etc.
What’s your preferred way of training?
Functional training, weight training, hiit, and playing sports.
If you could do a workout collaboration with one person, who would it be, and why?
Arnold because he’s the OG!
What advice would you give someone just discovering fitness?
There’s no overnight success. Stick with it consistently.
What is the best fitness advice you’ve ever received?
Find what you love to do for work and you’ll never work a day in your life.
If you had a full day off, what would you do with it?
Depending on the season. Beach day in summer or snowboarding in winter.

How do you feel you’ve rē•spun your life?
Always finding the positive in everything.
What are you hoping people will get out of your rē•spin workouts?
Motivation and positive energy.
What are 3 things you can’t live without?
Working out, food, sleep.
Last thing you purchased online?
Dog collar for my new puppy.
What does your pre/post-workout meal consist of?
High protein and healthy carb. Usually either protein oatmeal, shake, or eggs and sweet potatoes.
A protein bar or shake?
Shake for sure, because you can put so many healthy fun ingredients in it.
Describe yourself in 3 adjectives?
Energetic, positive, passionate.
What would you like to be remembered for and why?
Helping to make the world healthier and happier :)
What has 2020 taught you?
Nothing is for sure. Always have the ability and power to pivot.
