Meet Venus Moore
Consistency with your goals is the magic in achieving visible and sustainable health results.
When did you decide that you wanted to be a PT?
As a former actress and print model, I was already an avid workout enthusiast. So when I left the entertainment business in 2010, I decided to spend my extra time getting into the best shape of my life while figuring out my next move. I ended up falling in love with my new healthy lifestyle and results. I realized that I had a deep passion for fitness and wanted to help others achieve the same success and happiness in their lives that my health transformation had given me, so I decided to share my gift and become a personal trainer.
What does your pre/post-workout meal consist of?
I typically train in the early morning. If I do eat before I train, it’s usually a meal replacement shake or a banana. After my workouts, I'll have a post-recovery protein shake.
First thing you do when you wake up?
The first thing I do when I wake up in the morning is pray, thanking God for another day to manifest my purpose and help others. After that, I drink about 16 ounces of water. Then I will meditate for 20 minutes on my short and long-term goals.
What are you hoping people will get out of your rē•spin workouts?
I hope others receive excitement and motivation from my workouts to push through the burn and finish strong! In addition, I hope people will be inspired to believe they can transform their bodies by putting in consistent effort and dedication to their goals.
What advice would you give someone just discovering fitness?
I would tell them to study their craft and get their results first before taking on clients. Experience is the best teacher.
What is your training philosophy?
My philosophy is to keep going even when you don’t see the results. Consistency with your goals is the magic in achieving visible and sustainable health results.
How do you feel you’ve rē•spun your life?
Personal development truly rē•spun my life. By shifting my mindset to a place of love and positivity, I took back my power on this planet and learned how to use my thoughts and energy to manifest peace & the life of my dreams.
